It is preferred that you are home when we come to remove the items. Otherwise, if you leave the door open and there is no one present, mark the items which may be taken.

Before your teams comes, be prepared by showing a picture of dismantled items and placing small items near the door. It is also wise to inform friends in the building, who might have junk if you don't mind.

Items taken from homes and offices are taken to our sorting facility. There, the items are sorted, repaired or recycled.

We have 3 time slots, 9:30am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm-5:00pm, and 5:00pm-8:00pm.

Some security guards forbid the collection of junk after 5 PM. It is therefore better to be early in the morning, because if we are late, our truck might not have enough space for all the collected junk.

To make things easier, 60 minutes is usually enough time for us to accommodate last-minute requests, and a 2-4 hours notice would be sufficient during Ramadan.

If safety is an issue, we cannot move bulky furniture around the stairs, specially from old buildings. If there's an elevator available, we can help with that.

If a pass is required, please try to have the pass ready to enter your premises.

The list of things we remove includes mattresses, electronics, appliances, household items, clothing, construction items, debris, play structures, exercise equipment, car batteries and on the list goes. Any hazardous or toxic items will not be considered by us such as paints, fireworks, medicines and other harmful items.

We receive calls from 9 am to 10 pm daily. In Marina, DIFC, Business Bay be sure to schedule a pickup during the day between 10 am – 6 pm.

Yes. We can completely remove any junk stuck in your house except hazardous materials like fireworks, paints etc.
